Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

1. Agreement and the service

These Terms govern access to Dock, a service provided by Stratus Aviation, Inc. d/b/a Dock (“Dock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you use Dock for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Dock helps repair shops prepare, review, submit, track, and respond to repair authorization work. Your order form or other written agreement with Dock may include additional terms; if those terms conflict with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

2. Accounts and permitted use

Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly tell Dock about suspected unauthorized access. You may use Dock only for lawful business purposes and may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use Dock to violate another person’s rights.

3. Review and submission responsibility

Dock may extract, translate, organize, or suggest information from invoices and other source materials. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing source documents, codes, pricing, repair details, credentials, and the final submission before it is sent, and for decisions made from portal responses.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of information and files submitted to Dock (“Customer Data”). You grant Dock a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Data to Dock.

5. Third-party services

Dock connects with services that Dock does not control, including repair authorization portals, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms may affect the service. You authorize Dock to exchange information with connected services at your direction.

6. Fees, changes, and availability

Fees and payment terms are set out in the applicable order or subscription. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice. Dock may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address nonpayment, or prevent unlawful or harmful use.

7. Ownership

Dock and its licensors own the service, software, design, and related intellectual property, excluding Customer Data. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, provided it does not identify your organization or disclose Customer Data publicly.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dock does not guarantee that automated output or third-party portal results will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Dock’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid to Dock for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

9. Ending access

Either party may end access as provided in an applicable order or written agreement. When access ends, your right to use Dock stops. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions may be directed to your Dock representative or the contact channel through which your organization receives Dock support.

See our Privacy Policy for information about how Dock handles personal information.
